An exciting opportunity has arisen within our specialist CAMHS services to join CAMHS Single Point of Access (SPA) as aBand 5 CAMHS SPA Co-ordinator. This role is a 12 months fixed contract for maternity cover. This is a varied role within a busy multi-disciplinary team providing centralised access, triage and information for children, young people, families and referrers across five commissioned London boroughs. You will play a key role in ensuring that young people and families receive timely, compassionate and effective access to CAMHS and other services. The postholder will provide support to admin staff, identify needs and risks, respond to enquiries and ensure referrals are processed efficiently. You will also lead on administrative coordination, rostering, data quality, office management and supervision of administrative staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication and experience working in administrative or CAMHS-related settings.   • Respond to telephone and email enquiries from families, referrers and professionals, providing accurate information and signposting.
  • Handle referrals in a timely manner to ensure young people access services as quickly as possible.
  • Supervise administrative staff, including induction, training, day-to-day management and monthly supervision.
  • Lead on rostering for the SPA administrators, ensuring appropriate staffing.
  • Oversee data quality and ensure patient information systems are maintained accurately.
  • Coordinate team meetings, training events and maintain central team diaries.
  • Manage office/site operations including equipment, stationery, repairs, cleaning contracts and health & safety compliance.
  • Collate monthly SPA data and support service reporting.
