Herefordshire and Worcestershire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) provides specialist mental health support for children and young people with moderate to severe mental health needs. The service delivers both face-to-face and video-conference assessments and interventions across four sites within the county We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator/ Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated and supportive service that plays a vital role in ensuring children, young people, families, and professionals receive timely and appropriate access to CAMHS support If you are organised, approachable, and motivated to support a service that makes a real difference to children and young peoples mental health, we would welcome your application. Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role, to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status. Employment on a time limited visa doesn't guarantee sponsorship at point of expiry.Main duties of the job What you'll be doing: Providing a high-quality administrative service within the CAMHS team Liaising with clinicians, families, and external agencies Contributing to the smooth, effective running of the admin office Cover reception when required
Previous administrative experience (NHS or similar setting beneficial) Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A friendly, professional, and proactive approach
