Join Havering CAMHS as our Band 8A Neurodevelopmental Pathway Lead., Job overview We are seeking a 0.5 WTE Band 8a Neurodevelopmental Pathway Lead to join our busy and dynamic CAMHS team in Havering. This is a senior clinical leadership role for an experienced clinician with expertise in neurodevelopmental assessment and confidence working with complexity across multidisciplinary and multi-agency systems. The Neurodevelopmental Pathway is a dedicated assessment pathway within Havering CAMHS. The Pathway Lead will provide clinical and operational leadership for the day-to-day functioning of the pathway, supporting high-quality, timely and formulation-informed neurodevelopmental assessment and effective multidisciplinary decision-making. The role combines advanced clinical practice, supervision and pathway leadership at team level. The post holder will support clinical quality and consistency, pathway flow, staff development and implementation of service improvements, working closely with senior clinical and operational leads.
