Summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust places an emphasis on staff wellbeing and provides access to a number of formal staff support services, which are available to staff on appointment. The Getting Help Team has identified a number of staff within the team who coordinate a number of in-house staff wellbeing activities. The team is regularly available to meet with staff members, and there are regular whole team events to support staff whilst they are at work.
