Full Job Description
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Ensuring that all calls are being answered in timely manner.
- Responding to emails on booking meeting rooms and anything related to our room reservation.
- Resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
- Provide a positive customer experience.

- Enjoy working in a team.
- Have excellent attention to detail and general admin skills.
- Have previous experience of using a booking system.

Type of contract: Full-time, 9-months Fixed-term Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM - 7 PM) Plus, a free car parking space on site. What will you get?
