Full Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, calm, and organised Call Handling Administrator to join our team and support transport operations. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll help support on-site teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and you'll be supported to learn and grow in the role. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Providing friendly and professional support to vendors and DHL on-site teams Completing administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders Updating systems accurately to support smooth daily operations Receiving on-the-job training to build system knowledge and, over time, develop skills such as identifying trends and busy periods THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Has call-handling experience, ideally dealing with breakdowns or urgent issues Has an interest in transport or logistics (transport knowledge is a bonus) Remains calm and professional under pressur Is confident using Excel and Word
