You'll be the first point of contact for urgent issues - coordinating support, solving problems, and helping ensure safe, high-quality care continues around the clock.
No two shifts are the same, and no hands-on care is required.
You'll Need to Be:
- Experienced in Health & Social Care
- Calm under pressure
- Great on the phone
- Confident making decisions
- Comfortable working independently from home
