Full Job Description
As a Call Centre Agent, your duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Answering inbound customer enquiries
- Booking appointments for our sales team
- Completing and processing various paperwork and administration tasks
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone
First Home Improvements is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Call Centre Agents to join our growing team. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided., Fluent spoken English - A confident and professional telephone manner
