Call Centre Agent

You must have:

Minimum 3 years' outbound phone sales experience

Proven track record of closing sales

Strong pipeline and follow-up management skills

Experience working to high call volumes and clear KPIs

Confidence, energy, and resilience

Strong objection-handling and communication skills

We are now hiring Call Centre Agent to join our high-energy outbound sales team, selling £97 Discovery Day business training events.

This is a full end-to-end sales role - you will book your own clients, manage them through the journey, and close face-to-face sales on the day of the event.
