The majority of your role will involve speaking to warm leads who have already expressed an interest in our services. You'll also manage inbound enquiries, helping clients understand their options and guiding them through the next steps of their journey. This is a consultative sales role where empathy, listening skills and the ability to build rapport are just as important as achieving results.
