We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Advisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced, inbound role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their tenants, delivering clear, efficient, and professional support.,

  • Handling inbound calls from clients and tenants
  • Providing updates on ongoing repairs
  • Booking new appointments and adjusting existing visits
  • Delivering accurate company information and guidance
  • Managing communications via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Using systems such as 3CX, Teams, Outlook, and TotalMobile (Connect)
