This position reports to the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Supervisor and is part of the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Calibration & Preventive Maintenance: Perform and coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance, including part replacements and equipment setup, while maintaining accurate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and equipment history records.Troubleshooting & Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production

operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement by identifying equipment issues and recommending solutions.The essential requirements of the job include:Education & Experience: Associate's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and/or 2-5 years of maintenance and/or calibration experience in a medical or manufacturing environment.Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of calibration standards such as NIST and ISO 17025.Documentation, Compliance & Safety: Ability to read technical manuals, maintain accurate documentation following GDP and regulatory requirements.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to lift 30 lbs., use ladder, and stand or walk for extended periods.Follow safety practices including Lock Out
