Full Job Description
- Be the friendly expert for all things MEMS (Merasuring Equipment Managed Service) - coordinating users, tracking costs, and sharing helpful calibration reports
- Manage test equipment across the site, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and where it needs to be
- Administering the smooth and timely flow of test equipment in and out of Thales ensuring Calibration and repair timescales and requirements are met
- Support colleagues by guiding best practice and keeping documentation clear and up to date
- Look after Special-to-Type Test Equipment, labels, logs, and transfers
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Keep storage areas and data archives organised and easy to use
- Help shape improvements and champion positive change
Confident, approachable communication - A detail-driven mindset and pride in accuracy
- Comfort working independently
- Experience in low-volume, bespoke manufacturing
- Openness to new ideas and continuous improvement (Experience with ISO standards or test equipment is a bonus.) What we value
