Cafe Supervisor - Swansea

We're currently recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to join Costa on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week, working variable shifts. You'll lead the team on the shop floor, keeping things running smoothly and making sure every customer gets great service. What you'll do

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
• Being a responsible key holder
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
