Full Job Description
The Catering Department, under the direction of the Catering Manager, is responsible for the provision of daily meals for students, University staff and conference catering facilities. Major conference activity is normally confined to the holiday periods. The Catering Department at Harper Adams University currently employs 2 managers, 2 administrators, 9 chefs, 2 kitchen porters, 4 supervisors, 32 front of house staff, 2 driver porters and 1 butcher on various hour contracts.
The role is 37 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, predominantly Monday - Friday.
