Full Job Description
We are looking for a new member of the team to assist in the important roles of assisting in our café and welcoming visitors to the zoo. You will be greeting the visitors, advising them of our daily activities, important areas of the zoo and dealing with gift aid requests. You will be answering phones and dealing with the reception tills. You will also be helping out in our café, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and general café work (some cooking but only light meals like Jacket potatoes, paninis, burgers etc.).This will be mainly working out of our reception/café areas but in quieter times assisting in stocking the gift shop. It is a varied role, and you would need to be happy to fit in where required. 9.00 - 5.00 daily summer season and 9.00 -4.00 winter season (November - February ½ term.)
