Cafe Manager - Isle Of Wight

If you've run a caf , retail unit, or fast-paced food environment this is your chance to make it your own.

We're looking for a Caf Manager who brings energy, sets the tone, and knows how to turn a busy caf into a place people genuinely enjoy every time they visit.

You'll lead from the front, build a strong team, and keep everything running smoothly from the morning coffee rush to the last clean-down of the day.

What You'll Be Doing

Running the caf day to day keeping things smooth, organised and on point
Leading and developing a team that delivers great service (and enjoys doing it)
Keeping standards high across food, coffee and presentation
Managing stock, performance and the overall operation
Creating a space that feels warm, relaxed and welcoming
Driving consistency - because the little details matter
Making sure Health & Safety is always spot on
