As a Barista at Smith's Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC, you'll provide exceptional customer service and work as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

What being a Barista is all about

• Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences to ensure the best experience on every visit.


• Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation standards and product availability.


• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.


• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations.


• Work as part of a winning team, supporting colleagues and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
