Full Job Description
- Provide administrative support
- Handle event enquiries where appropriate, or passing on swiftly and accurately when necessary
- Deal with all internal bookings between Elior and internal stakeholders
- To ensure that all enquiries, messages, bookings are dealt with courteously and efficiently
- Effectively communicate with the team and wider department
- To maintain regular and effective communication within the team and attend meetings when required
Highly organised - Effectively manages time and resources and is able to meet deadlines
- Clear communicator both verbally and written
- Experience in a previous role
