Full Job Description

The Buying Admin Assistant will work closely with the buying team and global brands to support the delivery of wider business goals. The successful applicant will play an important role in enabling the best-in-class brands and products relevant to our target consumer to be present across the Footasylum estate and Ecommerce sites; therefore, it is important you have a strong passion for footwear with an understanding of wider market fashion trends.,

  • Produce weekly trade reports to update internal teams and external brand partners on performance, opportunities and risks.
  • Create look books and alignment documents to support cross-department communication and ensure consistency across the business.
  • Conduct ongoing trend and market analysis through retail visits, competitor reviews and research trips to identify emerging styles and commercial opportunities.
  • Attend brand meetings to gain insight into upcoming product focuses, seasonal direction and range opportunities.
  • Manage sample ordering for key product lines and collaborate with marketing to ensure strong go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor social media platforms to spot early trends relevant to the target demographic and present findings to the team.
