Buying Admin Assistant - Accessorize

We're looking for a Buying Administration Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute and support the team to develop a balanced and commercial product range. What the Buying Admin Assistant will do:

• Critical path management
• Raising purchase orders
• Sample management
• Coordinating fit sessions
• Assist on packaging and labelling requirements
• Confirm buying samples against production
• Create sales reports
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Maintaining product grading sheets
• Arrange samples in preparation for E com shoots
