We are looking for: - Two years' proven experience in a procurement environment, including general office and purchasing procedures, particularly Purchase to Pay.
- A good level of numeracy and literacy (GCSE level or above), high attention to detail and accuracy in data management, and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- A CIPS qualification in progress or willingness to work towards CIPS, and a keen interest in learning and developing a career in procurement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal with customers and suppliers politely and discreetly.
- Strong organisational skills and an organised, methodical approach to achieving results and managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- A confident, professional and flexible approach, respecting and working well with others, willingly assisting colleagues and working on your own initiative, including unsupervised clerical work.
