As a butcher, you will need to have previous relevant experience. This role is an important part of Fairfax Meadow; you will need to have good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety rules. Does this sound like you?

Experience in a similar role, ideally in a similar meat environment.
Working Hours: 06:00 - 16:00 Mon-Fri
