Full Job Description

As Business Transformation - Process Excellence, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide process improvement and blueprinting initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, simplify, and optimize end-to-end processes, driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and consistent best practice across the organization. As a Business Transformation - Process Excellence you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, duplication, and cost drivers.
  • Defining and owning the organization's process blueprint, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and future-state operating models.
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to design, standardize, and implement optimized processes across functions, product lines, and sites.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Value Stream Mapping, and process optimization methodologies to deliver measurable gains in speed, quality, and cost.
  • Driving consistency, simplification, and standardization across the enterprise, including opportunities for automation and digitization.
  • Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to support decision-making, prioritization, and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Leading change management activities to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term behavioral change.

    Have proven experience leading transformation, process excellence, in complex environments.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in process improvement methodologies.
  • Bring the ability to translate complex data and insights into practical, actionable improvements.
  • Be confident influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
  • Show high energy, resilience, and motivation to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change.
  • Possess strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
