Summary
The governors of St Anne's CE Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced, caring and enthusiastic business support officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be covering a maternity cover for a minimum 12 month period. We have high expectations and we are looking for someone who is going to take a real pride in their work, who will enjoy being part of our school family and has a desire to support our school business manager, Headteacher and wider school community.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Support our Christian ethos, values and mission statement in their daily practice
- Complement our hard-working team
- Be enthusiastic
- Be able to work as part of a team, as well as proactively
- Promote positive relationships with children, parents, carers, staff and other stakeholders
- Have a good knowledge of how a school office works on a day to day basis
- Have high expectations of themselves and of the children
- Follow school policies and procedures well
Our school will offer you:

Temporary contract of full time post at 32.5 hours per week.
Starting as soon as possible until Friday 17th July 2025
- Suggested working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 3:45pm. Some flexibility may be possible.
- Grade 4 £24,404 pro rata

- 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths
Essential Experience
- Experience of working in an office role
- Willingness to be trained in Arbor
- Experience of using Microsoft Office
Desirable Experience
- Working in a school environment
