- Work hybrid and flexibly across Sussex Your responsibilities will include: · Providing comprehensive diary and inbox management for senior leaders · Coordinating meetings, boards, steering groups and cross-system governance · Preparing agendas, papers, and high-quality minutes capturing actions, decisions and risks · Supporting programme reporting, data collation and the preparation of briefings · Liaising with multiple organisations, building strong relationships across the system · Maintaining organised digital filing systems and governance logs · Supporting workshops, events, training sessions and new workstream mobilisation,

- Experienced in providing executive or high-level administrative support
- Skilled in diary management, minute-taking and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
- A strong communicator with great writing skills
- Able to work flexibly, manage competing priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment
