Why you should join our Team We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Support Manager to join our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) programme team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and transformation of diagnostic services, improving access, reducing waiting times and enhancing patient outcomes across Leeds and the wider region. This 12-month fixed-term post offers an excellent secondment opportunity for individuals looking to further develop their skills within a busy and evolving service. Working closely with the
Service Manager, clinical leads and operational colleagues, you will provide high-quality business, operational and administrative support to CDC services. What you will bring to the role You will contribute to the effective planning, coordination and delivery of services, ensuring they are responsive, efficient and patient-centred, while supporting the achievement of national NHS priorities and local objectives. The role is varied, requiring strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams. You will support performance management, service development and day-to-day operations, helping to ensure targets and quality standards are met. As part of a forward-thinking service, you will also contribute to continuous improvement and transformational change, helping to develop patient-centred pathways that deliver care closer to home.
