Full Job Description
Joining our supportive team as a Business Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support that enables our Social Work teams to deliver essential services to older adults, helping them to live long, happy and independent lives. Working in a fast-paced and varied environment, you will respond to enquiries from colleagues and members of the public, maintain accurate records on case management systems, process information, and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
- Providing administrative support to Social Work teams supporting older adults.
- Responding to enquiries from colleagues, partners and the public.
- Maintaining accurate records on case management systems.
- Processing information and documentation accurately.
- Coordinating meetings and supporting the day-to-day running of the service.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
