Working closely with both administrators and clinicians, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our services, providing high-quality administrative support that helps our teams deliver outstanding care.

You will be the first point of telephone contact for clients and professionals, so a polite, confident, and professional telephone manner is essential.

You will be experienced in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel. Day to day, you will work from a shared email inbox, managing and prioritising tasks such as processing referrals, preparing letters, booking rooms, and uploading documents and information onto our patient record system.

The role also involves minuting professional meetings, both face to face and via MS Teams, ensuring accurate and timely records are produced.
