Business Support Administrator
£30,000 per annum - Permanent - Full Time - (5 Office Days per week)
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team at Wandle Housing Association. We're looking for a proactive and customer service focused Business Support Administrator to join our front office team and provide a positive and friendly experience for our customers.
You'll be working within the Health and Safety team alongside the other Business Support Administrator providing administrative and general office services to the organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing professional first and lasting impressions to our customers through good customer service
- Administrative tasks as needed that help support Wandle's strategies and objectives, for example taking meeting notes
- Health, Safety and Facilities tasks such as office inspections, coordination with outsourced facilities management company, etc
What we are looking for:
- Experience: front of house, ideally office environment; customer services
- Understand: requirement to deliver customer service to high level
- Ability: to work alone, with immediate team and with the wider organisation
- Behaviour: must be organised, cooperative, willing, approachable, calm
- Qualifications: 5 GCSEs; Either trained in First Aid at Work (3 day course) or willing to train and perform the FAW duties if needed.
Please note this role requires you to attend the office 5 days a week with flexibility offered across the team.
