We're looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to be part of the Countryside Team based at West Kennett Farm near Avebury. This role will support a Team of Rangers working across Wiltshire to achieve the National Trust's strategic ambition to restore nature at scale, working collaboratively with National Trust specialists, external partners and communities. This is a job-share opportunity in which you will work seamlessly with a colleague to deliver a wide range of operational support and business services to high standards at all times., The Countryside Team is led by a Restore Nature Delivery Manager and comprises Rangers delivering care and conservation on natural and cultural heritage sites across Wiltshire. The Team works in partnership with key conservation organisations, and with National Trust colleagues in the Wiltshire Landscape Property Group. The Business Services role is key to the smooth running of the Team, including supporting staff, volunteers and visitors. The role requires the ability to develop relationships to help realise these opportunities and to drive integrated, place-based delivery. What you'll be doing This is a busy place, there's a lot going on and you'll find that no two days are the same. Primarily office-based, you will routinely work from our Ranger base at West Kennett Farm near Avebury. This is a part-time, job-share role in which you will need to work closely with a colleague. The working pattern is 18 hours per week, delivered as 6 working hours per day over three days Wednesday Thursday and Friday. There may be some flexibility, subject to mutual agreement with the job-share partner. There will occasionally be a requirement to work during the evening or at weekends to support the work commitments of the Countryside Team. With strong communication and collaborative skills, you will work seamlessly with colleagues from Ranger bases in Wiltshire. You'll co-ordinate the delivery of nature restoration projects and programmes, as well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of Ranger support across the Property Group. You'll facilitate collaboration across teams, integrate expertise and best practice, and continuously evolve our delivery methods. Your responsibilities will include general business services support, record management, systems/processes management, group bookings/events, soft facilities management and finance management.

Salary: 14.16 per hour Contract: Permanent Hours/ working pattern: The role is to work part-time 18 hours per week.
