Business Resource and Project Officer

Are you organised, proactive and passionate about helping services improve? We're looking for a Business Resource and Project Officer to join the Business Resource and Projects team to support the wider department and a range of projects that make a real difference to residents across the Isle of Wight.

The role offers the opportunity to be involved in providing support to wider teams, service redesign, system implementation and process improvement initiatives. You'll analyse information, build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and help ensure projects are delivered successfully.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
