Full Job Description
We are seeking a Business Process Tester to validate end-to-end business processes and ensure that operational activities, supporting systems, user interactions, controls and integrations work together effectively to deliver the intended business outcomes., We are looking for an individual who can work closely with Business Analysts, Operational Teams, Subject Matter Experts, Project Teams and IT Testers to ensure business requirements are translated into effective processes and that proposed changes can be successfully adopted into live operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and understand business requirements, process maps and operational procedures.
Design and execute end-to-end business process test scenarios and test scripts.
Validate that business processes, supporting systems and user activities deliver the intended business outcomes.
Ensure all testing activities are traceable to agreed business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify, record and support the resolution of process and system defects, risks and issues.
Work closely with Business Analysts, operational teams, subject matter experts and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational readiness and deployment activities.
Produce test evidence, reports and recommendations to support business sign-off and continuous improvement.
Experience in Business Process Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Operational Testing, Business Analysis or a similar role.
Experience reviewing and working with business requirements and process documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to understand and assess end-to-end business processes.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience documenting test scenarios, defects and test results.
Ability to challenge processes constructively and identify opportunities for improvement.
