  • Lead the UK, Ireland and Nordics forecasting and business planning processes, ensuring accurate and actionable business projections.
  • Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to influence plans, priorities, and future growth initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and planning processes to increase efficiency and business value.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations for leadership audiences.

  • Experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, Forecasting, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a similar analytical function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in people leadership, together with any experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others, would be an asset.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, financial analysis, commercial analytics, or performance management.
  • Experience working with large datasets and business reporting environments.
  • Experience using Access, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
