Full Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference to the lives of children and young people living in London?, We have an exciting new role for an experienced Finance and Business Manager to provide high quality support in the areas of finance, performance data and service promotion.

Our services work with children, young people, and their families across two diverse London boroughs. We provide a range of services including universal support for all and specialist support for those with additional needs and disabilities., Develop and maintain robust systems for reporting local financial information in a clear and analytical way.

Liaise with external stakeholders and commissioners on business matters and respond to related queries.

Support service managers in the annual budget-setting process, including cost improvement planning and income generation.

Work with the CYP Transformation Team and service managers during contract negotiations, providing financial modelling and workforce costing.

Lead and motivate administrative staff, ensuring regular one-to-ones, appraisals, induction and probation processes.

Support monitoring of compliance with internal and external governance and best practice requirements.

You must be skilled in team working and have excellent communication skills in addition to experience in the administrative elements of the role.
