Business performance Accountant

It's about providing the insight, challenge and commercial understanding that helps our business perform at its best.We're looking for a Business Performance Accountant to join our UK&I Controlling team, supporting some of the UK's largest workplace and facility management contracts.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with Finance Business Partners, Operational Leaders and Key Account Directors to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making.

We're looking for someone who:Is ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experienceEnjoys business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationshipsHas strong analytical skills and can turn data into meaningful insightsIs comfortable challenging the status quo and driving improvementsWants to combine financial control with commercial influence
