  • If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Partner to join our Systems team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council. The Systems team delivers comprehensive system development and support to both the Adults, Health & Wellbeing and Children's Services Directorates. You will be joining a dynamic team dedicated to the support and development of the Children's Services case management systems. What you'll do:
  • Contribute towards the overall system strategy.
  • Represent the service in operational transformation and strategy groups.
  • Manage System implementation, changes and enhancements to support service improvement.
  • Day to day system maintenance and support including 2nd and 3rd line helpdesk and problem resolution.
  • Liaison with system software suppliers and the co-ordination and negotiation of contracts.
  • Management of system replacement projects., As this is a fixed-term post, secondment opportunities will be considered for internal employees.   • Has experience developing, supporting and maintaining case management and finance systems
  • Understands the opportunities and challenges of digital technologies in a local authority context.
  • Communicates confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Can interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Brings creativity, problem-solving and a strong customer focus.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with System C's Liquid Logic Children's and Controcc Children's systems is desirable, but not essential.
