Join our dynamic AGT Field Service team as an FS Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity and operational excellence. You will lead a talented group of Field Service Engineers, setting clear goals and fostering their professional development while ensuring compliance with safety procedures. Imagine overseeing the execution of on-site services for Aeroderivative Gas Turbines, that enhance service quality. Your leadership will not only optimize field service operations but also strengthen key stakeholder relationships, making a significant impact on our mission to deliver exceptional technical services.
You will set clear goals and operational objectives for your team of Field Service Engineers, ensuring business targets are met.
Supervise, mentor, and facilitate the professional development of team members, fostering a culture of accountability and conducting regular performance reviews.
Monitor and manage operational budgets for field service activities, ensuring financial targets are achieved.
You would ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, but not essential.
You will ideally have significant experience within the power generation or oil & gas industry.
Possess proven leadership experience, managing people in remote and hybrid positions
Skilled in operational and project management, with a focus on quality control and collaboration.
