Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive business support and administration across operational and senior leadership activities. This role is responsible for coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting key business initiatives.,
- Provide administrative support including diary management, travel requests and bookings, expense management, annual leave tracking, room bookings and meeting coordination.
- Plan, communicate and actively manage monthly newsletters, town halls, client meetings and ad hoc events.
- Coordinate central business initiatives including employee surveys, reward and recognition programmes and client survey action planning.
- Compile agendas, monthly reports and consolidate slide decks for meetings and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes and produce action plans.
- Provide proactive business support to operational teams.
- Create, update and maintain business files, records and documentation.
- Ensure the timely administration of reporting, training records and filing activities.
- Create and maintain organisational charts and process system change forms when required.
- Respond to general enquiries, correspondence and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will play an important role in diary management, meeting coordination, reporting, communication activities and stakeholder engagement. The position requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support., - GCSEs or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous experience in a general business administration role is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Awareness of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a deadline-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
