Business Intelligence Manager

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting our customer Waitrose. As a BI Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, transforming complex data into actionable insights and developing scalable reporting and automation solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.,

• Partner with operational and functional stakeholders to gather, challenge and refine business requirements
• Create and maintain automated data processes and decision-support tools
• Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure solutions remain relevant, user-friendly and aligned to business requirements
  
  Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions
• Strong data engineering, preparation and modelling skills across multiple data sources
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement, automation and AI-driven solutions

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
