Full Job Description
The Business Intelligence Lead will use Power BI and other BI tools to turn data into clear, meaningful insights that support decision-making across United Response. Working with teams across the organisation and a third-party data partner, you'll develop and maintain Power BI reports, improve data quality and consistency, and help create structured datasets for self-service reporting. This is a hands-on technical role focused on Power BI, reporting, data analysis and improving data literacy, helping colleagues make better use of data to drive organisational performance.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential where strong practical experience and a proven track record can be demonstrated.
- Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in Data, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field
- Knowledge of data visualisation, dashboard design and data storytelling
