Join Navigo's Digital Systems and Insight Team as our Business Intelligence Lead and help shape how data, analytics, reporting, and data warehouse solutions support mental health services across North East Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong business intelligence and analytical experience to work at the centre of service improvement, performance reporting, and digital innovation within a forward-thinking organisation., The Business Intelligence Lead will oversee the delivery of business intelligence, analytics, dashboards, and data warehouse solutions that support operational, contractual, and strategic decision-making across Navigo. Working within the Digital Systems and Insight Team, the post holder will coordinate and support a skilled team responsible for performance reporting, statutory returns, and the development of reporting and analytical solutions for clinical, operational, and corporate services.

The role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, including experience working with large datasets, SQL, reporting tools, and data warehouse environments. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, improve data quality, and translate information into meaningful insight that supports service improvement, performance management, and organisational priorities..
