Full Job Description
To play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness, and financial management of our parking management and decriminalised enforcement services. To support the Parking Service with data led intelligence to improve the quality of life for the Royal Borough of Greenwich's residents, businesses and visitors by ensuring smooth flow of traffic, efficient parking, and safe compliance with regulations. Additionally, you'll lead on contract management and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with our contractual obligations and supplier performance. You will also support the daily operation, routines management and system interrogation of systems associated with all our IT systems.
