Business Graduate

You'll be based in Botanica Ditton Park, where we encourage office presence to help you learn, connect, and thrive. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely for 2-3 days a week. We are planning to relocate to Botanica Ditton Park from January 2027. Until then, the role will be based at our current Stoke Poges office. Your role will include:

• Learn specific in-house systems and applications to be able to contribute to future decision-making in process improvement.
• Meet all targets and objectives that have been set by the Line Manager.
• Contribute to the teams overall performance by both individual effort and team effort as and when requirement.
• Undertake research and offer suggestions for improvement to the placement through own initiative and experiences.
• Attend all graduate and business specific training modules; demonstrating learning application in each placement.

• Work experience or a previous placement in a similar environment would be beneficial but not essential
