Business Director

As Business Director, you will be the strategic lead and key relationships across a portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted partner while steering the internal agency team towards excellence. You will be responsible for driving both commercial success and creative ambition, ensuring the work is innovative, effective, and aligned with the client's business objectives.,

• Client Leadership: Own and deepen the client relationship, becoming their strategic partner and champion within the agency.
• Strategic Vision: Shape and drive the client's marketing and brand strategy, ensuring our creative solutions deliver meaningful impact.
• Creative & Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure campaigns are innovative, on-brand, and executed flawlessly.
• Commercial Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the agency's relationship with the client, driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability.
• Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex stakeholder environments, both within the client organisation and across internal agency teams.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient processes, seamless communication, and delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative thinking to the table, proactively guiding the client's marketing evolution.

  Proven experience (8+ years) in a creative, digital, or integrated agency, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior account role.
• Strong track record of building and nurturing senior client relationships, particularly with complex, high-value accounts.
• Commercially astute with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of social, digital, and brand-building strategies, with a passion for innovative, culturally relevant work.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial pragmatism, ensuring work is both exciting and effective.
• Highly adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be:
• A Business Director currently.
• Experienced in managing and working across multiple clients and projects simultaneously the need to be meticulously organised is paramount.
