We're looking for a commercially mindedTerritory Sales Managerto join our growing sales team. Covering a territory across theNorth West and Midlands, you'll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business opportunities within premium hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out with customers, spotting opportunities and building long-term partnerships with chefs, owners and operators. What you'll be doing

  • Growing sales and margin within an established customer portfolio
  • Winning new premium hospitality customers
  • Building trusted relationships with chefs and hospitality operators
  • Identifying opportunities to expand product categories and increase share of wallet
  • Managing your own territory, pipeline and customer activity using CRM
  • Working closely with our procurement, operations and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience

    You'll ideally have:
  • Experience in field sales, territory sales or account management
  • A proven track record of growing existing customers and winning new business
  • Experience working with hospitality customers
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage at all levels
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience within foodservice or food wholesale would be an advantage, but most importantly you'll be passionate about hospitality, commercially driven and motivated by delivering results.
