We\'re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed Managed Services Provider that\'s scaling its new business team—and they\'re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across cyber, cloud, and connectivity.
This isn\'t just a "smile and dial" role. It\'s a consultative, solution-led sales position where you\'ll engage senior stakeholders, shape strategy, and win high-value business.
What you\'ll be doing:
- Identifying and winning new business across target markets
- Managing the full sales cycle (prospecting close)
- Positioning solutions across cyber, cloud & managed services (XDR, SIEM, SD-WAN, Azure, M365)
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales and technical teams to close complex deals
- Driving pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets

- Experience in MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity sales (new business or account growth)
- Strong commercial track record and target achievement
- Consultative, outcome-led sales approach (not transactional)
