Designing and executing targeted sales strategies that generate new business and grow our transacting customer base among local mechanics and garages
Getting under the skin of customer needs to craft bespoke solutions that set LKQ apart from the competition
Staying ahead of the curve on market trends, competitor activity, and garage scheme propositions within the independent garage sector
Owning your numbers - delivering against KPIs focused on new business acquisition and customer growth
Partnering closely with Area Sales, Operations, Concept Account Management, and Specialist Sales teams to bring strategies to life
Championing collaboration across LKQ channels to keep everyone aligned and pulling in the same direction
Coaching and mentoring the wider sales team, setting the standard for best-practice sales behaviours

A proven track record of strong sales performance in a leadership capacity
A genuine customer-first mindset, with real experience growing and retaining business accounts
Confidence using data to shape commercial decisions and sharpen performance
