The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Bargain Booze Costcutter franchise by identifying new business opportunities, increasing sales, and improving overall store performance. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, analysing sales trends, managing supplier relationships, coordinating marketing and promotional activities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with franchise standards and UK retail regulations. The Business Development Manager will also support staff development, monitor financial performance, and work closely with the business owner to achieve long-term commercial objectives and sustainable business growth.
