Sales-Savvy - Ideally, you have experience in FMCG, wholesale, or retail management, and you possess a "closer" mindset. Resilient & Target-Driven - You thrive when there's a number to hit. You don't just meet targets; you look for ways to smash them. Tech Literate - Comfortable using tablets and reporting tools to manage a busy diary and track performance. Mobile - A full, clean UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is essential to manage your territory.

Full time, Permanent Salary: £28,000 to £30,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus opportunity Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory: Woking, Camberley, Southampton and surrounding areas We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the charge in growing our presence in the Wholesale channel, representing the iconic Nestlé brand. This is about strategic territory ownership. You won't just be visiting depots; you'll be thinking three steps ahead on how to drive your patch forward. What you'll be doing Strategic Relationship Building - Becoming a trusted advisor to Depot Managers and key stakeholders, ensuring Nestlé is their first thought for every promotion. Data-Driven Influence - Using sophisticated insights and sales data to spot gaps in the market. You'll pitch, negotiate, and close agreements that drive product availability and visibility. Mastering the "Big Win" - Executing high-energy activation days and trade events to securing secondary displays for New Product Development (NPD). Creative Execution - Auditing compliance, setting up stunning displays, and reporting your results with "before and after" showcases that highlight your success. Territory Management - Managing your diary effectively to balance prospecting, depot meetings, and floor activations. Reporting - Using reporting tools to track your pipeline and prove your success to the wider business.
